Incredibly delicious food!! Spring rolls are spectacular. The owner is extremely friendly. I love this place.

It was great to see Helen again. She is such a wonderful host. Perfect pork spring rolls and delicious Pho.

My Vietnamese wife and I ate a delicious meal last night at Little Saigon.The service was excellent. Very friendly and professional. A great value.The food was very good. The Spring Roll and Beef wrapped in Grape Leaves are excellent.We will return soon.

the best Vietnam restaurant

When you walk in, it’s a rather smaller space, but cozy and inviting. The spring rolls are delicious here! The other menu items are also equally as great. Before your meal, they even give you a small salad. The main portion sizes are really great too and you can't beat the prices. There are also some vegetarian options available too. Everything is fresh, tastes amazing, and the service is really friendly and prompt.

This place has great food at incredible prices. They have been in the upper Darby Pennsylvania area for many many years. This place is small but the main portions are quite large so you definitely get your money’s worth. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to eat soup and get warmed up or go on a date or something. This is 5 stars for me and I’ll send photos of my dinner 🥘 tonight if I can hahaha 😂 I’m going again!

The wait was ridiculous. Th waiter sat us finally then never came back. It was only persone waiting on the front house.

This is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Philadelphia. BYOB. The seafood soup ( Phnom Penh style) and the spring rolls are awesome. Ask Edward for off the menu squid with lemongrass. Exceptional!

Love this place. Been going for 20+ years! The decor is basic but this family owned and operated business remembers its customers! You absolutely must try the stuffed grape leaves with meat. Omg so delicious.

I have been going to this restaurant since they opened. I've watched their youngest daughter grow from playing on the floor in front of the main counter to now her medical school. The prices are unbelievable cheap and the food is excellent. I basically eat vegetarian and they have many choices. The family also works as the staff so you really get to know them. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who has a love for Vietnamese food.

Best spring rolls ANYWHERE! They are insanely good. The Phó is amazing too. Went be n at 9 on a Saturday and it was not busy at all. The service was top notch as well. Very friendly.

The best pho and spring rolls I've ever had. Love their Bun Bo Hue (spicy Pho). The fact that it's BYOB and very inexpensive is really awesome.

Great service & food.

I love this place for take out they are cash only so that's a little annoying but the food is spot on the staff and management are great they alway make you feel welcomed. The little Saigon family special is really good I like the pork kabobs.

I love this place. I live right around the corner and have been coming here for years and years. The food is always amazing! They have great spring rolls and they have a unique style to their food, although I can't speak to the authenticity. Great atmosphere, family run, I love the people that run it, so friendly always happy to see you. The prices are also great, very affordable, can't say enough good things about this place.

Such a wonderfully authentic place! Excellent food run by a friendly and hard-working family. The food is fresh and delicious. If you come on the weekend, try to get there before 6, or after 8:00. It gets crowded!

The egg rolls and the vietnamese (french) style coffee with condensed milk are fantastic

Nice place for small friends/family gatherings. However service becomes extremely slow once the restaurant fills up. That happens often on Fri. & Sat. evenings. The food is pretty good!

Love it. quite place to eat and feel at home ask for the tom lom bot,beef short ribs.ect BYOB fresh food and cooked to order. A good place to take your love ones.

Amazing atmosphere. Staff is attentive, but not doting. They make you feel like family with the causal atmosphere.

Best Vietnamese food I've ever had

Been going here since I was little. And it’s always amazing no matter what I order. I recommend the number 12! Great place to go with the family. The owners have become like my family over the years they are the kindest people. You will not be disappointed, this place is simply delicious.

Great place to eat

I love this place! I go for lunch sometimes in my break. The owner and cook a very kind and the pho is always super fresh and the fried shrimp are everything!

In the last year, I've become a huge pho fan. I've had pho in Philadelphia, Atlantic City and Danbury (CT). All of them were better than Little Saigon. The broth was insipid, the accoutrements skimpy and there was no housing to add flavor. I'm sure it's a great place to go to recover from a hangover, but I don't drink, so I don't think I'll be going back.

Best PHO in Delaware county!! Best spring roll in Delaware county!!! I've been going here since i was a teenager and now I'm in my 30s... this place is a "hidden gem" in Upper Darby!! The food has been the same for as long as I've been coming here.. it's a small family owned restaurant.. only problem is it gets packed and there is no where to wait.. i suggest making a reservation unless you get there early.. Also, it can be kinda chilly in there sometimes.. Han is the waiter and his sister is the chef who are the best of people! If you are looking for great Vietnamese food and BYOB then this is your place! There is a parking lot directly across the street for parking.. my suggestion to you is get an order of spring rolls and a #22 if you want PHO (soup), or as a entree #62 charbroiled boneless pork over rice with fried egg!! Its simply amazing!!! 5 stars!!!

This place is awesome! Authentic Vietnamese food? Check. Friendly staff? Check. Established for over 30 years? Check. Whether you are Vietnamese or just enjoy our cuisine, this intimate restaurant is a must! The prices are VERY nice and the portions big enough to make you want to take it home. Trust me. Come eat for yourself.
